Application process

​

1. Please select your preferred daycare center, complete the form, and click "Send" to submit a non-binding inquiry.

2. Shortly after you will receive a confirmation email from our Kita platform Kigaroo. In case you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder and/or repeat the application process.

3. In case you have got further questions or would like to share additional information with us, please send an email to contact@kiddiesfamily.com.

4. Placement in our daycare centers for the new Kita year (starting August 1) begins in March of the same year.

5. In case you decide to accept the offer for the Kita spot, we will send you the admission contract package through our administration software Kigaroo.

6. Once both legal guardians have signed the contract, please send all documents, including the “Kita Gutschein” to our Kiddies Family admissions office. If you are a single parent, please also provide a "certificate of sole custody" (“Negativbescheiningung”).

7. Once the contract and supplementary agreement have been countersigned by our Managing Director, we will return them to you for your records.

8. Your child's educator will then get in touch to discuss the details of the settling-in period.

9. Now it’s time to enjoy your time with Kiddies Family!
