Please fill in the form below at the bottom of the page, (see link of preferred Kita), and when done click on “send” to direct a non-binding enquiry for a space in your preferred Kita.

Shortly after you will receive a confirmation email from our Kita platform Kigaroo. In case you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder and/or repeat the application process.

The distribution of Kita spots into our Kitas at the beginning of the Kita year on the 1st of August starts in March of the same year.

In case we can offer you a spot in one of our Kitas we will contact you. Due to current government regulations, we can only offer you a phone call and an individual virtual tour. Please visit our website to get a first impression via a virtual tour of our Kita premisses.

In case you decide to accept the offer for the Kita spot, we will send you the admission contract package through our administration software Kigaroo.

After sinning the contract by both custodian, please send all paperwork inclusive “Kita Gutschein” to our Kiddies family admissions office. In case of being a single parent, please include the “Negativbescheiningung”.

The contract and the additional agreement will be countersigned by our Managing Director and will be sent back for your files.

As a next step the educator of your child’s group will be contacting you to discuss all details for the familiarisation phase.
